Lavy Lemonade // Spiked Sparkling Lemon Water w/ Lavender & A Kiss Of Sweetness, 5% abv
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin
Pierre’s Paloma // A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer, 6% abv
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.

Like Super Profound // A Japanese-Inspired Rice Lager, 5.0% abv The healthy portion of rice we use to make this one does freak’n wonders to the beer! It lightens up the body, and the color, and makes for what some Pallys™️ would call super crissssssssssspy! It’s a beer made for literally EVERY occasion. Eating yummo food? Drink this. Going to your favorite brewpub to hang with Cheeky? This one! Showing your friends a magic trick where the beer continues to just “disappear”? This OOOOONE!!! Canned on 2/24.
Good for Morale // Our Finest Czech-Style Pilsner, 4.6% abv
We brewer’s are our happiest when we can take our time making a lager that we’re all stoked to drink. Using a mix of floor malted pilsner malt, Saaz hops from the motherland, a lager yeast that helps express the maltiness of the beer, and spund’d to create tiny bubbles of carbonation. Compared to German Pils, you’ll find this a bit richer and fuller, with a dab of mid palate sweetness that pairs well with the fine bitterness you can expect from this type of beer. Tasting notes? doughy bread, alpine herbs, and a lil honey. Canned on 2/17.
'Member Rakau?! // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic & Rakau, 7.0% abv
Do you ‘member when IPA was clear? When you didn’t have to ask if it had all those fluffy little clouds in it? Well, living in the past isn’t always good, but this beer is! Modernized with lovely Mosaic from ours pals at @colemanag and Rakau from @freestylehops . Tasting notes? Think ruby red grapefruit, kiwi, the devil’s lettuce, and blueberries. Canned on 2/18.
Slow Motion Dominoes // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra, El Dorado & Simcoe, 7.0% abv
Piece by piece we continue to put every beer style through the wringer, trying new process techniques as well as ingredients. It’s who we are as a brewery and we have a blast doing it. This one has a soft mouthfeel, a lil sweetness, and a creamy like texture in the finish. Tasting notes? Think Orange Sherbet and Pineapple Whipz. Canned on 2/17.
If I Had My Druthers // A DDH Hazy Double IPA w/ Citra, Peacharine, & Krush, 8.5% abv
Our spot in Orange made aaaaaaall the choices! All of them!!! What water profile to use, what hops, grains, yeast, abv, color, original gravity, final gravity, pH, IBU’s, amount of hops, carbonation level, fermentation schedule, conditioning time, and even the name. So, if I had my druthers, I’d do exactly this. Tasting notes? This one is wonderfully rich in body and mouthfeel, with a creaminess that gives vibes of mango sorbet and pineapple whips, with the aroma giving a fresh hop hit that is all medical grade cannabis and orange blossoms. Canned on 2/26.
Shhhhhh...This Is Ryan's Award Winning Brown Ale // English-Style Brown Ale, 5.5% abv
Our 2023 Gold Medal winning brown ale is nothing new, as it's a style that's been around for ages, but we get really excited about the classics too! Ryan Field’s famous recipe put the focus of this beer all in the blend of toasted and caramelized malted barley’s, from our pals across the pond at @simpsonsmalt. Lightly hopped, just enough to create balance, and smooooooth. Flavor notes? Think caramel sauce, toasty bread, and malty tea. Canned on 2/17.
N/A Lavy Lemonade // A Sparkiling Non-Alcoholic Lemon Seltzer w/ Lavender & a Kiss Of Sweetness, 0.4% abv
Everyone's favorite seltzer kicks off 2026 with a N/A twist! We took the recipe you know and love, and changed as little as possible for this special offering. We turned the abv down to 0.4% but kept the Lavy, the Lemmy, and of course, the purple way up at 100. And look at that color! Same as with the OG Lavy recipe, that beautiful natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea. That then gets blended with a N/A version of our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Safety Jacket // NA West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, 0.4% abv
Whether it’s your normal thing, or a new thing, this NA offering should check a box that you’ve been seeking if ya miss sip’n on West Coast IPA’s! Only clocking in at point four percent, we worked our lil buns off to make an IPA that is beautifully clear, wonderfully bitter, and full of hoppy aromas and flavor! Tasting notes? Think cactus cooler, zesty citrus, and lots of super fresh Mary Jane. Back fresh just in time for January. Canned on 12/22.

- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
