Our 2nd release with Kyle from @horusagedales is a bit more over the top than the first. We apologize, but it ended up taking us a bit more time for this one. The same base beer as the first release, but this time forever conditioned on a ridiculous amount of Thai Banana, Mexican-grown Planifolia Vanilla and Cacao nibs. We really liked where it was at, but felt like it needed even more Banana, so we hit it again with more Thai Banana, and finally got those banana split vibes that were hoping for. If you remember our release Don’t Tell Brian, we used a different banana on that, and got completely different results on this batch. Anyway. Extra thick, with a massive, syrupy body, that greets your nose from the first sniff with all the delicious flavors from the ingredients above. Don’t cellar this! Drink it now to keep all those flavors in tact. Pretty pumped on this one.
Le Squawk // Limetastic! 4pk $10 // Hard Seltzer w/ Lime 5%abv
Our Lime Seltzer is dry, bubbly and hits with a kiss of lime. This thing is naturally gluten-free and has no sugar added after fermentation, not because we wanted to make something with zero carbs (which it is), but just because we like the way it tastes without that added sweetness. Enjoy as is, or pour over ice. It's pretty fun with a shot of Mezcal or Gin, made as a Michelada, or maybe even a slice of jalapeno for some heat. With it being the limey blank canvas it is, you can drink it however you want. Canned on 9/16
Here We Are 4pk $14 // Witbier w/ Orange Peel & Coriander 5%abv
Using Raw Wheat, Pilsner Malt, old fashioned oats, and then fermented with an estery Belgian yeast. We finished it off with fresh ground coriander and some orange peel that we made ourselves by zesting and drying locally grown oranges. The result is a thirst quencher and definitely a reminder to us of how much we love this beer style! The spice and zest are present, but without trampling all over the expressive yeast. Canned on 8/16
Local Import 4pk $14 // Italian-style Pilsner 5.2%abv
After drinking this dry hopped lager style from a few Italian breweries at the Pils & Love Fest earlier this year, we knew it was only a matter of time until we made our own version of it. Brewed with Italian Pilsner malt and some of our favorite German hops; Saphir, Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon, the result is medium-bodied with a soft malt presence and enough bitterness to create that snappiness that you hope for in a Pils. The aromatics and flavor are full of herbal notes, with a sage and honey character that carries into the dry finish. Canned on 8/18
Australian For Pale 4pk $15 // Hoppy Pale Ale 5.8%abv
Our 2019 Gold Medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival in the Australian-style Pale Ale category. This super hoppy pale ale gets hit in the boil and the dry hop with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops; Galaxy, Motueka & Nelson. The malt flavor is almost non-existent with the flavor profile only showcasing these hoppy beauties. The lime flavor pops the most, with peach rings and mango trailing behind. Canned on 8/17

Fill in the Blank 4pk $18 // Hazy IPA 6.5%abv
Holy Moly! We’re so in love with this one! Brewed with pilsner malt and a mound of oats, we let the Mosaic do the heavy lifting right into your nostrils, with some Simcoe sprinkled in for good measure, but it’s really all about that Mosaic! So much big, punchy flavor/aroma of mandarin, pineapple, mango, and _______(Fill in the Blank). Canned on 9/14
Coco Mesa 4pk $18 // Nitro Rye Coconut Stout 6.6%abv
As a sign of respect to the previous owners of our new spot in Costa Mesa, it just made sense to us that we needed to make our first brew on the system a Coconut Rye Stout. Full-bodied, a tad sweet, and giving some Almond Joy-like vibes from the use of chocolatey malted barley and a huge 12 pound per bbl addition of real toasted coconut! Canned on 8/21
Strawberry in Berlin! 4pk $18 // Berliner Weisse w/ Strawberry 3.5%abv
A mixture of raw wheat, white winter wheat, and German Pilsner malt create the base, but then get overtaken by fresh strawberries added during fermentation, resulting in a super tart, sessionable, dry, bubbly, pinkish-red beer! The aroma and flavor is all fresh strawberry, with hints of strawberry candy and even a bit of strawberry fruit leather on the palate. Summertime isn’t over.

- Each order placed will include TWO bottles of Birds, Man. Birds plus TWO 4packs, with you deciding what 4packs you’d like!
- Shipping cost is a $15 flat fee per case and includes tax & CRV.
- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders will be processed Monday and Tuesday morning for delivery on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
- Each order placed will need to be in a 1/2 case increment (3 x 4 packs), with you deciding what 4packs you’d like in each case!
- Shipping cost is a $20 flat fee per case.
