Lavy Lemonade // Spiked Sparkling Lemon Water w/ Lavender & a Kiss of Sweetness
We've got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of lots of lavender that Mitch spent like a million years making, with the biggest batch of lavender tea that I've ever seen! He then blended it in at perfection-like levels with our lemonade-style seltzer. Mitch has spent the last 8 months working on this little project(not like all the time, but here and there) and we're pretty pumped on the results! It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.
Pierre's Paloma // A Paloma-style Hard Seltzer, 6% abv
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richess for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.
The Fishbowl of Youth // A Collab w/ Brujos // A Planets Punch-Inspired Hard Seltzer w/ Citrus & Yummo Spices, 15.0% abv
What exactly is it? We started with our very own Rum Wash that we made from scratch for this one, which is a fermentation of raw cane sugar and molasses, but with no distillation. From there, we added plenty of grapefruit and lime, and then went heavy on the spices via allspice and a little cherry bark. Some other little bits and pieces are in there too, but we like to call all those the secretsssssssss.
Parrotphrase // Collab w/ Firestone // A New School Grisette w/ Super Sauvin & Riwaka, 4.5% abv
A few years back we had the absolute honor to brew at The Good Ship Firestone Walker with one of the leaders in our industry, as well as one of our favorite humans on the planet, The Brynildson™️ (aka @fw_brewmaster ) !!! We dreamed up a little saison that we turned on its head via NZ hops, along with a yeast strain that creates lots of yummy tropical vibes through and through. This beer is that beer with just a few lil tweaks. Tasting notes? Fresh citrus is vibrant on this one, with a key lime and mandarin vibe coming out strong, along with a hit of NZ Sauv blanc and Strawberry Guava too. The palate is wonderfully easy drinking and perfect for this warm weather. Canned on 3/31.
Here We Are // Belgian-style White Ale w/ Cali Oranges & Coriander, 5.0% abv
Using raw wheat, pilsner malt, old fashioned oats, noble hops, and then fermented with a super yummo Belgian yeast. We finished it off with fresh ground coriander and some dried orange peel that we made ourselves by zesting and drying locally grown oranges. The result is a thirst quencher and definitely a reminder to us of how much we love this beer style! The spice and zest are present, but without trampling all over the expressive yeast. Canned on 4/28.
All Outta Angst // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Nelson, Nectaron & Dank Terps, 7.2% abv
This one comes in with a lovely blend of carefully selected hops that work together with some yummo terpenes from our pals at @abstraxhops . The terps used in this are organic compounds made from botanicals that smell like cannabis and hops. Tasting notes? Think super fresh nugs, grapefruit oil, Mary Jane, kiwi, and a linger of the devil’s lettuce. Canned on 5/7.
Parking Lot Tattoos // DDH Hazy IPA w/ w/ Citra, Nelson, Riwaka & Rakau, 7.0% abv
This one is aaaaaaall about the super yummo tropical fruit from the legit blend of New Zealand’s Nelson, Riwaka, and Rakau, brought together with America’s finest Citra. The result is wonderfully hazy, super pale, and hits with layers of pineapple juice, kiwi, and passionfruit. Canned on 5/13.
Bier // Helles-style Lager, 5.2%
Using all German ingredients, except for the water, each batch is another baby step towards recreating what we’ve experienced in Munich. Straw in color, with a subtly and nuance that is hard to describe and instead needs to be experienced! Notes of fresh baked bread, herbal tea, and puffed rice, create a beer style that is praised for it’s liter-worthy drinkability. Canned on 5/13.
Thinking With My Face // DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra, Wai-Iti, & Superdelic, 8.6% abv
This one brings together a fun hop combo of two New Zealand varietals (Wai-ti and Superdelic) with another out of Washington that needs no introduction (Citra). The Wai-ti brings the peach and stone fruit, the Superdelic brings bright citrus and tropical fruit, while the Citra really helps pull through lots of lovely mango and more zesty citrus. The result? The mouthfeel on this batch is lovely! Full bodied and textured, with just the right amount of hop tannins. Flavor is big on the ripe mango, along with some grapefruit oils and kiwi. Canned on 5/14.
As the Pendulum Swings // DDH West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra Cryo, Krush Cryo, & Riwaka Hop Kief, 7.2% abv
This one gets first wort hopped, burst hopped, hop dipped, dry hopped, and hop kief’d. With each changing year, there’s so many techniques and products to have fun with, we wouldn’t be us without trying them all. Tasting notes? Think orange lollipops, strawberry candy, fuzzy mango skin, and the freshest devil’s lettuce. Canned on 5/14.
Forced Optimism // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra & Idaho 7, 6.8% abv
We convinced ourselves that Idaho 7 could potentially play nicely with Citra if used at the right amount, and added at the right time. Well, let me tell you, we were right! The Idaho 7 adds a rich layer of hoppiness that stays underneath all the Citra, and doesn't overwhelm all the mango and orange soda vibes we are looking for. Canned on 5/19.
Zombi Shark Fight // An Italian-style Pils w/ Saphir, 5.2% abv
Max out of our Costa Mesa brewery lead the charge on this one, using Italian coastal barley and German grown Saphir hops. His love for Horror movies is shown in the name and through the art, paying homage to an over the top Italian Horror movie from the 70’s. Wonderfully aromatic with a dried lemon zest vibe along with some sage. The body is light on the palate, but the hops fill it out to create a wonderful tannin structure and a legit snappy bite in the finish. Canned on 5/19.
Happily Deceased // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic & Nelson, 7.2% abv
We took our West Coast IPA is Dead recipe, lightened up the color, and switched hops over to Mosaic and Nelson. Super punchy on the aromatics, with some well rounded bitterness and lots of ripe mango, Riesling, and that cotton candy pixie dust that Connor Casey loves so much! Canned on 5/21.
Guava in Berlin // Berliner-Style Weisse w/ Lots of Guava, 3.5% abv
Get all those vacationy vibes locked in with the return of this pink wonder. It's our beloved Berliner-style Weisse with an insane amount of real guava added to it during fermentation. It proudly remains super sessionable and lovingly tart and juicy, with lots of fresh Guava aromatics and flavor. Canned on 5/21.

- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
