Lavender Lemonade // Hard Seltzer w/ Lemon & Lavender, 5.0% abv
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin. Canned on 3/28
Here We Are // Belgian-Style White Ale w/ California Oranges & Coriander, 5% abv
Using raw wheat, pilsner malt, old fashioned oats, noble hops, and then fermented with a super yummo Belgian yeast. We finished it off with fresh ground coriander and some dried orange peel that we made ourselves by zesting and drying locally grown oranges. The result is a thirst quencher and definitely a reminder to us of how much we love this beer style! The spice and zest are present, but without trampling all over the expressive yeast. Canned on 4/22
Travel'n Abroad // Belgian-Style Blonde Ale w/ Saphir Hops, 4.8% abv
This one is inspired by the pale beers of Belgium that show off their estery house yeast and use lots of noble hops to create something that is wonderfully dry and thirst quenching. We’ve got a European Pilsner malt and Spelt in this one, along with German grown Saphir hops, and a Belgian strain that we absolutely love for its bright fruit character. Tasting notes? Pear skin, white wonder bread, and fresh sage. Canned on 4/16
Phantasm in Berlin // A Berliner-Style Weisse w/ NZ Sauv Blanc Skins, 3.5% abv
Hello old friend! That old friend being this Berliner Weisse that we’ve been playing around with since day one of our lil brewery. For this rendition of this classic German-style sour wheat beer, we’ve used a crazy level of Jos’s super famous @phantasm.nz in it! The result is a rad little NZ Sauv Blanc-style session beer that hits with crazy levels of tropical fruit. Think passion fruit, fresh kiwi, and pineapple spears. Canned on 2/13
This Page Intentionally Left Blank // DDH California IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra, HBC 586, 7.2% abv
This one is Californian through and through!!! Very pale in color, wonderfully dry, squeaky clean and snappy on the bitterness, with a lovely resinous hop intensity that shows in both the sniff and sips. Tasting notes? Think SpongeBob Popsicles, tangerine zest, and some of that super fresh Mary Jane. Ps. This hop blend just makes us smile. Canned on 4/11
Nelson!!! (It's What We Like Here) // West Coast IPA w/ 100% Nelson, 7.2% abv
Our hand selected lot of Nelson Sauvin from @freestylefarm in New Zealand, is so special this year, that we can’t stop wanting to make more and more beers with em! So, here’s a simple recipe of Pilsner Malt and Nelson hops to showcase it best! We went lighter on the bitterness, doubled up the whirlpool hopping, dry hopped at the start of fermentation, and then again at the end of fermentation. Flavor profile? Think Oro Blanco grapefruit zest, fresh cut kiwi, and Sauv Blanc. Canned on 4/18
'Member Rakau? // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic & Rakau, 7% abv
Do you ‘member when IPA was clear? When you didn’t have to ask if it had all those fluffy little clouds in it? Well, living in the past isn’t always good, but this beer is! this beer is that beer, but modernized with the most legit Mosaic from @colemanag and Rakau from @freestylehops . Tasting notes? Think ruby red grapefruit, kiwi, the devil’s lettuce, and blueberries. Canned on 4/26
Unassuming From The Outside // Hazy IPA w/ Citra, 7.1 abv
The secrets of this mysterious liquid will be unlocked with each sip and sniff as it rips through your palate with tropical layers of Hawaiian Punch, Dried Pineapple and Starfruit. Full, round and almost creamy. Canned on 4/16
Just Two Things...Citra & Strata // DDH Hazy Double IPA w/ Citra & Strata, 8.7% abv
One in a series of beers highlighting how the combination of two hop varieties can create something extra special together. Our hand selected Citra & Strata take center stage in a way that work out so well together, that we kinda just sat around and kept tasting and smelling, and tasting and smelling, and tasting and smelling. Milky pale yellow in color, with layers of pineapple juice, strawberry smoothie, white frosting, orange marmalade, raspberry leaves, and with the devil’s lettuce in the long, lingering finish. Canned on 4/16
Endless Wallet // TDH Hazy TIPA w/ Citra & HBC 586 Cryo, 10.2% abv
This thing is a crazy triple dry hopped triple IPA with some of our favoritist hops. That color and near glow, is the result of a freak’n 9 lb per bbl dry hop, some old fashioned oats, and the palest malts. Citra takes the cake, and 586 is like the frosting or maybe even the sprinkles. Tasting notes? Think Mango Sorbet, Skittles, and Fanta. Canned on 4/22
Can’t Go Wrong With More // A Smoothie Sour w/ Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry & Blood Orange, 6% abv
So. Much. Fruit. Well, we didn’t want to let ya’ll down, so we just kept going with this one. Bringing together our favorite mix of fruit yet, Josh took inspiration from his previous life as a smoothie maker, and blended this one up to pure deliciousness! As an actual blend of 51% beer and 49% fruit puree, this one goes hardest on blueberry, and then gets brightened up with strawberries and blood oranges. Keep cold. Shake before pouring. Drink now. Canned on 4/19
Uncle Dave’s Fave // An English Bitter on Nitro brewed w/ our bud Dave Naylor, 5.2% abv
One of our favorite regulars, Dave Naylor, is an avid Homebrewer that brings in some of our favorite homebrews to share with all of us. He tends to make a lot of English-style beers that are great on cask, so we worked together on this English Classic that uses all the lovely @simpsonsmalt Maris Otter and Crystal Malts, along with whole leaf Strata from our pals at @indiehops .
Dave says…. "What an awesome opportunity for me, after a recent trip to Wales 🏴 where I grew up! Well here it is: “Dave’s Fave” Best Bitter! The National drink of England & Wales 🏴! A malt-forward, balanced and flavorful, yet refreshing session beer. Goes well with fish and chips, meat pies, and gloomy wet weather! - Each order placed will need to be in a 1 case increment (6 x 4 packs), with you deciding what 4packs you’d like in each case!
- Shipping cost is a $25 flat fee per case.
- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
