Lavy Lemonade // Spiked Sparkling Lemon Water w/ Lavender & A Kiss Of Sweetness, 5% abv
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin
Pierre’s Paloma // A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer, 6% abv
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.
Nectaron?! In This Economy!? 4pk $15 // West Coast Pils w/ Nectaron, 5.4% abv
Featuring one of our favorite hop farmers hops, Brent of the always legit @machopsnz , this one was originally created when our Pally™️ Dr Ron, the creator of this hop varietal, came to pay us a visit. It’s a West Coast Pils, saturated with Nectaron from whirlpool to dry hop, which hits with a wide range of yummo flavor/aroma, all from Dr Ron’s life’s work of creating some of our favorite NZ hops ever. Flavor profile? Think the freshest and fruitiest cannabis, new tennis balls, orange zest, and dry riesling. Canned on 2/12.
Blueberry Cotton Candy Pixie Dust // Collab w/ @Cellarmakerbrewing //DDH West Coast IPA w/ Connor’s Favorite Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo, 7.2% abv
Back in 2018, when we did our hop selection with Connor Casey of Cellarmaker, he proclaimed that the lot of Mosaic we had it in front of us was the best he’d ever had! He described it like no other I’ve met too, and used the words blueberrycottoncandypixiedust, saying it in a way as if it was one word, and a descriptor that we all apparently knew. We just stopped what we were doing and stared at him until we understood what he meant. It eventually soaked in as our minds raced with excitement thinking about all the ways we were going to use it. Soooooooo, he’s been chasing that lot like super hard ever since. Fast forward to the 2025 hop harvest, and Connor believes he’s FIIIIIIINALLY found that great lot once again! So he let us steal some from him only to make this one IPA as a collab, and let me tell you, this one is special! No terps, or aromatic oils were used, just a good ol’ fashioned hard hit of one of the best mosaic lots we’ve had in our brewery in a moment. Tasting notes? Blueberry, Cotton Candy, & Pixie Dust. Canned on 2/12.
Dankest Dads // Collab w/ @OmniPollo & @OtherHalfNYC // TDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra, Riwaka, Nectaron & Terps, 8.5% abv
Got together with the Dankest Dads we know; Henok out of Sweden and Sam out of Brooklyn to give ya’ll a truly special release from us! Filled to the brim with the yumm-o-est lots of our selected hops, the @freestylehops Riwaka hit is something that really stands out in the mix, with those passionfruit aromatics pop’n!! We didn’t stop at hops, and also went like medium handed on the terps via Pineapple Express and Blue Dream to add even more layers of saturated flavor to this one. The result? Think strawberry gelato, POG juice, zesty buddhas hand, and just a dab of the devil’s lettuce. Canned on 2/10.
N/A Lavy Lemonade // A Sparkiling Non-Alcoholic Lemon Seltzer w/ Lavender & a Kiss Of Sweetness, 0.4% abv
Everyone's favorite seltzer kicks off 2026 with a N/A twist! We took the recipe you know and love, and changed as little as possible for this special offering. We turned the abv down to 0.4% but kept the Lavy, the Lemmy, and of course, the purple way up at 100. And look at that color! Same as with the OG Lavy recipe, that beautiful natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea. That then gets blended with a N/A version of our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Safety Jacket // NA West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, 0.4% abv
Whether it’s your normal thing, or a new thing, this NA offering should check a box that you’ve been seeking if ya miss sip’n on West Coast IPA’s! Only clocking in at point four percent, we worked our lil buns off to make an IPA that is beautifully clear, wonderfully bitter, and full of hoppy aromas and flavor! Tasting notes? Think cactus cooler, zesty citrus, and lots of super fresh Mary Jane. Back fresh just in time for January. Canned on 12/22.

- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
