Lavy Lemonade // Spiked Sparkling Lemon Water w/ Lavender & a Kiss of Sweetness
We've got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of lots of lavender that Mitch spent like a million years making, with the biggest batch of lavender tea that I've ever seen! He then blended it in at perfection-like levels with our lemonade-style seltzer. Mitch has spent the last 8 months working on this little project(not like all the time, but here and there) and we're pretty pumped on the results! It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.
Pierre's Paloma // A Paloma-style Hard Seltzer, 6% abv
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richess for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.

If you're looking for those Modelo vibes, without all the skunkiness, we've got you! This crusher hits light and easy, with a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with a lil fresh squeeze of lime.-Canned 8/04
It’s Always Midnight In Papa’s Backyard // A Bamberg-Style Smoked Dark Lager, 5.0% abv
I’m not sure how much his neighbors appreciate this, but if you know Papa, you know how much he loooooves bbq’n at midnight. So here’s a beer to celebrate! Utilizing a range of unique German grown malts, this one features roasted rye malt, wheat smoked with oak, and malted barley smoked with beechwood, all on a bed of floor malted dark pilsner malt. We use just enough hops to balance it out, and lager to bring it all together. Tasting notes? The smoke vibes are noticeable in the sniffs, and pair wonderfully with the milk chocolate and graham cracker vibes in each sip. A liter worthy lager, with a dab of richness mid palate, and enough grip and roast bite to balance. Stoked on this one.- Canned on 7/21
Saison for Papa // A Hoppy French-Style Saison w/ Petit Blanc hops from @locherhopfen, 6% abv
Papa has been dreaming of this one for a while! It first got put onto paper, and now it’s here in liquid form! Although we don’t brew this style often, we thought it was the perfect time to do so given how wonderfully warm this summer weather has been. Papa wanted to focus on all French ingredients on this one to keep it as authentic as possible. Using pilsner malt from Champagne, a French saison yeast strain, and Petit Blanc hops, which were originally grown in the Champagne-Ardenne region near Burgundy. At first glance, you’ll notice the pure white pillowy head that everyone associates with saison. The aroma gives off bright lemony citrus along with an array of peppercorn and mild clove. The palate comes off fresh and spritzy, with a firm bitterness that carries it through the perceived sweetness of the yeast character. Finishing clean and dry, it begs for another sip… and another… and another! Magnifique! ?- Canned on 8/20

We went against all the most popular “running a business” advice and we splurged! Using the brand new, absolutely delicious, worth every penny, New Zealand hops from our good good pal Brent of @machopsnz , this West Coast Pils is saturated with the most modern hoppy goodness from every sniff to sip. Tasting notes? The bright zesty citrus character is the star of the show, with some fresh pineapple and a dab of mango trailing behind.- Canned on 8/11
Member Rakau? // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic & Rakau, 7.0% abv
Do you ‘member when IPA was clear? When you didn’t have to ask if it had all those fluffy little clouds in it? Well, living in the past isn’t always good, but this beer is! this beer is that beer, but modernized with the most legit Mosaic from @colemanag and Rakau from @freestylehops . Tasting notes? Think ruby red grapefruit, kiwi, the devil’s lettuce, and blueberries.- Canned on 8/13
Krush (it's what we like here) // DDH West Coast IPA w/ 100% Krush, 7.2% abv
We’ve been loving our selected lot of Krush (aka HBC 586) and believed it was time to showcase it in one of our WC IPA’s! So, here's a simple recipe of Pilsner Malt and Krush to showcase this wonderful hop varietal best! We went lighter on the bitterness, doubled up the whirlpool and the dry hopping on this one. Flavor profile? Think intense guava, mandarin peel, spruce tips, and lychee. - Canned on 8/06
Share The Wealth // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Nelson, Citra, & Peacharine, 7% abv
Loaded up with a heavy dose of oats and raw wheat, along with some yummo Citra. We brought in Nelson and Peacharine because we really wanted to share the best of what our pals at @freestylehops have to offer. The result is insanely juicy, with a soft bitterness and hoppy mouthfeel that we’re pretty pumped on! Tropical fruit vibes for days. - Canned on 8/18
Brain Tattoos // A DDH Hazy IPA w/ Peacharine, Citra, Nelson, & Citra Hyperboost, 7.0% abv
There are certain memories that you'll never quite forget. Your first sniff and sip of East Coast Haze, or that chef's dinner that knocked your socks off! Some call those core memories, while we just call those brain tattoos. If you're looking to add another tattoo to your mind, this may be the one to do it! Tasting notes? Think peach rings, mangosteen, and zesty grapefruit. -Canned 8/04
Guava in Berlin // Berliner-Style Weisse w/ Guava, 3.5% abv
Get all those vacationy vibes locked in with the return of this pink wonder. It's our beloved Berliner-style Weisse with an insane amount of real guava added to it during fermentation. It proudly remains super sessionable and lovingly tart and juicy, with lots of fresh Guava aromatics and flavor.- Canned on 8/20
N/A Lavy Lemonade // A Sparkiling Non-Alcoholic Lemon Seltzer w/ Lavender & a Kiss Of Sweetness, 0.4% abv
Everyone's favorite seltzer kicks off 2026 with a N/A twist! We took the recipe you know and love, and changed as little as possible for this special offering. We turned the abv down to 0.4% but kept the Lavy, the Lemmy, and of course, the purple way up at 100. And look at that color! Same as with the OG Lavy recipe, that beautiful natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea. That then gets blended with a N/A version of our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice.

- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
