Lavy Lemonade // Spiked Sparkling Lemon Water w/ Lavender & A Kiss Of Sweetness, 5% abv
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin
Pierre’s Paloma // A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer, 6% abv
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.
Bier // Helles-Style Lager, 5.2% abv
Using all German ingredients, sans water, each batch is another baby step towards recreating what we’ve experienced in Munich. Straw in color, with a subtly and nuance that is hard to describe and instead needs to be experienced! Notes of fresh baked bread, herbal tea, and puffed rice, create a beer style that is praised for its liter-worthy drinkability. Canned on 12/16

Our search for the perfect lager charged with all the modern hoppy goodies continues! This one gets hit with the holy trinity of hops and maintains ultimate yummo vibes from sniff to sip. Its ancient power can only be harnessed by the ominous frequencies of tethered pasts. Drifting through astral beams of Galaxy and Nectaron Brite, the inception basks with Cryos of Simcoe and Citra that fall into its atmosphere. With surging magnitude under the weight of Mosaic, comes the suffocating density of Nectaron. Jasper // Collab w/ @fidensbrewing / A DDH Hazy DIPA brewed exclusively with Citra, 7.8% abv
If you haven’t heard of Jasper, it’s a beer by Fidens that changed the way we look at hazy IPA’s. It’s intense, rich, full-bodied, soft, dangerously pint worthy, and boasts an impressive 4.39 rating on Untappd with over 14k reviews. So, we’re beyond honored to be hitting y’all with another release from our Ghostwriter’s series, where we take the exact recipe from another brewery, and make it on our system. We mirrored the water profile from Albany, and matched every ingredient and process as closely as we possibly could. The result? This golden lil’ ray of sunshine is packed fuuuuuull of hoppy goodness!!! Like a super ripe tropical fruit salad, it’s like a lottery ticket for your mouth, where you get the lump sum all at once, and then just live off of the interest. From sniff to sip, this thing is packed full of surprises, and then just gives and gives and gives. Canned on 12/30
Super Ultra Sooo Wild // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Fruit Terpenes, 7.0% abv
Soooo Santa came early this year and gifted us some new Fruit Terps to play with… and oh boy have we been loving the results! This juicy banger has even MORE fruity flavors that you could ever ask for! Waves of ripe pineapple, grapefruit peel and passionfruit juice take reigns of the aroma. Meanwhile, our good friend Citra brings pleasant bitterness and invites his pallys Peacharine and Motueka to fill out this tropical party! It’s like… OH SOOOO YUMMO!!! Canned on 12/22
The Gift That Keeps on Gift’n // DDH West Coast IPA w/ Krush Cryo, Simcoe Cryo & Citra Cryo, 7.0% abv
Have you ever gotten a gift so good that every time you reach for it, you are just as stoked as the day it was given? Like a season pass to your favorite mouse-themed amusement park, or a mandarin tree that bears fruit all through the spring. Well, this beer ain’t quite as good as a year of rollercoasters and churros, but it’s close! We started with pilsner malt and a dab of wheat flakes to soften it up, then wrapped it all up with a bunch of our favorite super potent Cryo hops. When you first tear in, your nose is hit with a blanket of berry crunch and green tea. Just when you think it’s over, you rip in again and take that first sip, unraveling layer after layer of citrus, candied spruce, and holiday panettone. Canned on 12/23
Coco Mesa // Nitro Coconut Rye Stout, 6.6% abv
Like taking a bite out of a Coconut Chocolate Candy Bar, it's full-bodied and a tad sweet from the use of chocolaty malted barley and a huge addition of real toasted coconut! Lightly shake the can a bit, and then pour fast into your favorite pint glass to experience all the creaminess that nitro brings to this tasty treat! Canned on 11/25
We Nighttimin' // Collab w/ @lefthandedgiantbrewing // English-Style Dark Mild on Nitro, 3.5%
Back in July, on a trip to England, Pete had an aha moment while drinking a Dark Mild from Left Handed Giant out of Bristol. It was the beer of the trip for him, and he knew that he had to figure out how to make it. So, let me introduce to you, the Ghostwriters Series! A new thing from us, where we take the exact recipe from another brewery, and make it on our system. About the beer…Brewed with all English malts (of course from @simpsonsmalt ) and a fruit forward English yeast strain, and served on nitro, it’s a lovely low strength beer! Super malty in flavor, with lovely little hits of milk chocolate, pecan, and black tea. For true Cask-like vibes, drink at 50°f.
Heaps Metric // Collab w/ @ondropbrewingco / It’s a Red Mango Ice Cream Smoothie Beer, 6.0% abv
We teamed up with our friend Nick from One Drop out of Sydney for this one. If you’re not familiar with his work, we here at The Cheek consider him the official Smoothie Beer Legend™️ of Australia, or heck, maybe even the world!?!? He gave us all his secrets on this one and we’re pretty dang excited to have you taste it. It’s a wheat beer that goes through a unique souring process with lactobacillus, then through alcoholic fermentation with kviek yeast, and then gets hit with CRAAAAAAZY levels of Mango, Dragonfruit, Coconut Cream, Banana, and even (dairy free) Soft Serve Mix 👀. It’s thick, creamy, and so fruit forward. It’s like drinking a tropical sherbet, with your best friend, at the beach, where no booze is allowed.

- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
