Lavender Lemonade // Hard Seltzer w/ Lemon & Lavender, 5% abv
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.
Pierre’s Paloma // A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer, 7% abv
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.
Zombi Shark Fight // Italian-style Pils, 5.2% abv
Max out of our Costa Mesa brewery lead the charge on this one, using Italian coastal barley and German grown Saphir hops. His love for Horror movies is shown in the name and through the art, paying homage to an over the top Italian Horror movie from the 70’s. Wonderfully aromatic with a dried lemon zest vibe along with some sage. The body is light on the palate, but the hops fill it out to create a wonderful tannin structure and a legit snappy bite in the finish. Canned on 3/19
'Member Rakau? // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic & Rakau, 7% abv
Do you ‘member when IPA was clear? When you didn’t have to ask if it had all those fluffy little clouds in it? Well, living in the past isn’t always good, but this beer is! this beer is that beer, but modernized with the most legit Mosaic from @colemanag and Rakau from @freestylehops . Tasting notes? Think ruby red grapefruit, kiwi, the devil’s lettuce, and blueberries. Canned on 4/3
All Out Of Angst // West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Nelson Bliss, Nectaron & Dank Terps, 7.2% abv
This one comes in with a lovely blend of carefully selected hops that work together with some yummo terpenes from our pals at @abstraxhops . The terps used in this are organic compounds made from botanicals that smell like cannabis and hops. Tasting notes? Think super fresh nugs, grapefruit oil, Mary Jane, kiwi, and a linger of the devil’s lettuce. Canned on 4/10
That’s My Thing! '25 // A Non-Alcohlic Hazy IPA w/ Citra, 0.4% abv
If booze just isn't your thing, we've got you! Or maybe you’re just look’n to lengthen a night of beer’n… we’re here! Just squeeze one in. Easy peasy. Our latest version of NA Hazy IPA hits with lots of lovely Citra vibes and yummo tropical fruit. Think passion fruit and mango through and through. We feel like we made some big strides on this batch and hope you dig it! Canned on 3/27
Share The Wealth // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Nelson, Citra, & Peacharine, 7% abv
Loaded up with a heavy dose of oats and raw wheat, along with some yummo Citra. We brought in Nelson and Peacharine because we really wanted to share the best of what our pals at @freestylehops have to offer. The result is insanely juicy, with a soft bitterness and hoppy mouthfeel that we’re pretty pumped on! Tropical fruit vibes for days. Canned on 4/10
Always Wishes // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra & El Dorado, 7.2% abv
This yummo hop combo brings together 3 parts of that @colemanagriculture Citra to 1 part of that insane lot of @clsfarms El Dorado. The combo really brings out the best in both, with the Citra showing through with bright mango, while the El Dorado peaks through with a dab of that fruit loops character we love so much. Just Two Things…Citra & Krush! // DDH Hazy DIPA w/ Citra & Krush, 8.7% abv
Another release in our series of beers highlighting how the combination of two hop varieties can create something extra special together. Our hand selected Citra combines with the somewhat recently named Krush. Milky pale yellow in color, and craaaaaazy aromatic! Think about eating white peach skins, crushing Bellini’s, yummo soft serve Dole Whipssss, drinking watermelon Agua Fresca, a squeeze of yuzu juice, and endless descriptions of fruit. It’s wild. Canned on 4/8
Our new school approach to this classic Leipzig Gose style, uses a mash of unmalted wheat and pilsner malt, as well a natural souring process, to create the perfect base to steep lots of rolled oolong tea that has been scented with magnolia flowers. It’s refreshingly sour and salty, with all the vibes of magnolia flowers and a jasmine-like character from sniff to sip. Canned on 3/10

Being short on time is practically your default setting, a thrilling combo of poor planning and relentless optimism. We know the feeling! Welcome to Pallyfornia, my Pallys™!!! For this one, we put a lot of attention into creating a wonderfully dry drinking experience, much like what you could experience with German Pils with it’s snappy bitterness, but with all the hop expression you would expect from the West Coast (best coast?)! Using our fresh lot of Mosaic (currently from the great @perraultfarms ) and a couple New Zealand wonders (from @freestylefarms). Tasting notes: Think kiwi, lychee, blueberry, and the Devil’s Lettuce.Canned on 4/16

- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
