Lavender Lemonade // Hard Seltzer w/ Lemon & Lavender, 5% abv
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin. RETURNING NEXT WEEK!
Pierre’s Paloma // A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer, 6% abv
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel. Canned on 8/16
Zombi Shark Fight // Italian-style Pils, 5.2% abv
Max out of our Costa Mesa brewery lead the charge on this one, using Italian coastal barley and German grown Saphir hops. His love for Horror movies is shown in the name and through the art, paying homage to an over the top Italian Horror movie from the 70’s. Wonderfully aromatic with a dried lemon zest vibe along with some sage. The body is light on the palate, but the hops fill it out to create a wonderful tannin structure and a legit snappy bite in the finish. Canned on 8/27
Liquid Photograph // A New Zealand-Style Pale Ale w/ Nelson & Motueka, 5.4% abv
This is a photograph! Well, a liquid photograph of visiting New Zealand earlier this year, and tasting through some insanely delicious NZ pale ales! And walking through those beautiful hop yards. So we wanted to try to bring that to you! A lil’ Imported Tastes From Your Local Buds™️ sort of thing. A pale ale with no caramel malt, that’s lean, and brimming with lots of tropical vibes from all those yummy hops! Canned on 9/4
Australian For Pale // Hoppy Pale Ale w/ Motueka, Galaxy & Nelson, 5.8% abv
This super hoppy pale ale gets hit in the boil and the dry hop with some of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops; Galaxy, Motueka & Nelson. The malt flavor is almost non-existent with the flavor profile only showcasing these hoppy beauties. The lime flavor pops the most, with peach rings and mango trailing behind. This beer won the Gold Medal at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival in the Australian-style Pale Ale category! Canned on 8/22
Josh's New Tiny Shoes // It's a Small IPA w/ Mosaic, Strata & Citra, 4.8% abv
With welcoming his first kiddo into this world, Josh (one of our esteemed brewers in Orange) wanted to make a beer to commemorate this beautiful moment. So here it is! A small IPA that keeps hop flavor insanely high, and abv wonderfully sessionable. Super pale in color, with just the right amount of body, and all the hoppy vibes of fresh mandarin zest and pineapples spears. Canned on 8/22
It Just Works // Cold IPA w/ Mosaic, Ekuanot & Amarillo, 7% abv
Our Cold IPA, that clocked in at a whopping 100 point score on @craftbeerbrew IPA’s reviews, and also won a recent bronze at the World Beer Cup 2024 is back! What the heck is a Cold IPA? Well, for us it’s an IPA mashed with 30% rice to help lighten up the body and color and then fermented with lager yeast. On the palate, this thing is very much like our clear and bitter California IPAs, and we really dig it! The color is very pale, with a firm bitterness, and a sticky resin quality that is all fresh douglas fir, and super hoppy aromatics of blueberry muffins and strawberries. Canned on 8/27
All Your Friends // New Zealand-style IPA w/ Nelson & Motueka, 7.0% abv
Compared to our West Coast IPA, this one’s a bit lighter in bitterness, with a dab of malty crackeriness, and then hits with two hops from down under that we are absolutely in love with! Hoppy aromatic layers of fresh kiwi, honeydew, passionfruit, and orange marmalade. This beer earned the Silver Medal at the 2022 World Beer Cup in the New Zealand-style IPA category! Canned on 8/22
Never Ending Journey // collab w/ @uchubrewing // A West Coast IPA w/ Masa’s Favorite Hops (aka Citra Cryo, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, & Riwaka), 7% abv
Our good good Pally™️ Masa from @uchubrewing.japan paid us a visit a few weeks back and we had the best time hanging, dancing, and selecting hops for this one together. We sniffed through every single possible new school hop varietal that we could use in this modern West Coast IPA, and these were his favorite hops and lots. It’s our classic GC-style, but with more dry hops more than usual (aka we DDH’d it!). Tasting notes? Think Oro Blanco grapefruit, Yuzu juice, peaches peaches, and some super fresh Maui Wowee in the linger bb. ありがとうございます、マサ!!! Canned on 8/15
Radiant Beauty // West Coast IPA w/ Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic, 6.7% abv
Our West Coast IPA that celebrates the love that we have for our beloved mascot, Cheeky! Layered with the holy trinity of hops; Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe for a radiantly clear IPA. We’ve been lucky enough to win a Silver at the 2018 World Beer Cup and a Silver at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival for this one. Canned on 8/29
False Memories // West Coast IPA w/ Citra, Mosaic & HBC 586, 7% abv
This one was awarded a Silver Medal in the West Coast IPA category at the recent World Beer Cup 2024 beer competition! Its got a lean body, a snappy bitterness, a dab of hoppy resin in the linger, and all the hoppy aromatics we need!! Well…that, and a good pally to enjoy it with! Flavor profile? Think Ruby Red grapefruit, navel oranges, and the Devil’s Lettuce in the linger. Canned on 8/29
Chance Favors The Prepared Mind // DDH West Coast DIPA w/ Citra, Citra Cryo, & Mosaic, 8.6% abv
This one was awarded a Gold Medal in the Imperial IPA category at the recent World Beer Cup 2024 beer competition! The brew team were all good lil Pallys the night before they brewed this one, got good sleep, ate their Wheaties, and watched this batch of hop saturated yum yum like a hawk. We were prepared this time! And I think it shows in how dope this one came out. Tasting notes? Think Navel Orange oils, yummo blueberry cereal, pineapple whips, and a linger of the freshest Maui Wowee. Canned on 8/29
Wherever You Go // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Motueka & Citra, 7% abv
Our World Beer Cup 2023 gold medal winner is back! Made with a mountain of old fashioned oats, we keep this thing as light in color as we can before it’s double dry hopped. Milky-yellowy-white, smooth and creamy, with hoppy layers of strawberry pineapple smoothie, basil flowers, and pear. Finishes with those white frosting vibes that we can’t get enough of. When It Doesn't Make Sense On Paper // DDH Hazy IPA w/ Citra, Motueka, & Nelson, 7% abv
This one focuses on that super pale milky yellow color, a mountain of oats, and brings together a super yummo hop blend that is greater than the sum of its parts. Tasting notes? Think cold pineapple spears, key lime zest, and Mango Hi -Chew. Canned on 8/6
Playing It Loud // DDH Hazy DIPA, Big on the Citra, and sprinkled with Mosaic, Motueka & Strata, 8.6% abv
Ya may find yourself standing on top of a car, playing it loud to the one you love. Celebrate your success of winning them over with some cans of this hazy wonder. Hits with hoppy layers of Pixi sticks, orange macarons, and pineapple upside down cake. Canned on 9/4
Keep ‘Em Comin’ // DDH Hazy Triple IPA w/ Citra, Motueka & Talus, 10.3% abv
Maybe it’s a California thing? Maybe it’s a GC thing? I’m not sure how we ended up here, but we can’t get enough of these dangerously smooth, easy-drinking juice bombs, that drink more like single IPAs, than triple IPAs. This one features a hop combo that we’re pretty amped to showcase, that brings out layers of coconut cream pie, frozen pineapple daiquiris, and rainbow sherbet. Canned on 8/12
Guava In Berlin // Berliner-style Weisse w/ Guava, 3.5% abv
This lil bb got a bronze medal recently at the World Beer Cup and so we’re bringing it back! Get all those vacationy vibes locked in with the return of this pink wonder. It's our beloved Berliner-style Weisse with an insane amount of guava added to it during fermentation. This one's tart, dry and tropical, with huge Guava aromatics and flavor. Canned on 8/6
Weaver of Dreams // collab w/ @uchubrewing // An Uchu-Style Smoothie Sour w/ Pineapple, Mango, Peach, Tangerine, & Blue Agave, 6% abv
Masa, aka 隊長 Taicho (Captain), gave us another one of his recipe’s for his lovely smoothie beers. This one, like the others we’ve done, is a blend of 51% beer with 49% fruit puree to create a SUPER fruit beer that hits with all the yummo and rich tasting vibes that we’re looking for. We went the biggest on Pineapple, followed by Mango, and then Peach, just a squeeze of Tangerine, and enough Blue Agave to make it sing. Canned on 8/15

- Each order placed will need to be in a 1/2 case increment (3 x 4 packs), with you deciding what 4packs you’d like in each case!
- Shipping cost is a $20 flat fee per case.
- Beer can only be shipped within the great state of California and requires a signature and valid ID from a person 21+ to accept delivery, and can not just be left at your doorstep.
- We’re shipping through a next day delivery service. Delivery to most of California should occur within 24 hours of us shipping. We do not take responsibility for delays in the delivery by the delivery service.
- Orders placed between Thursday & Sunday Evening will ship out Monday Morning for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed between Monday Morning & Wednesday Evening will ship out Thursday for Friday delivery.
- If merch items are ordered with your beer order, they will ship separately.
- We don’t have the resources to ship our beer cold at this time, but hope to offer that at some point!
